Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

1. Introduction

DS Carriers Inc (“DS Carriers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain what information we collect, how we use it, how and with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It also describes our practices regarding SMS/text message communications.

2. Data Collection

We may collect the following types of data when you interact with us:

  • Contact information — such as your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you submit our contact/quote form.
  • Freight and service details — such as trailer type and the contents of any message you send us.
  • Communication records — records of correspondence, including SMS messages, phone calls, and emails, when you communicate with our dispatch teams.

3. Data Use

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your freight quotes, inquiries, and service requests.
  • To coordinate dispatch, scheduling, and delivery of freight services.
  • To send you service-related updates and communications you have requested.
  • To improve our services and customer support.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

DS Carriers Inc may send SMS/text messages to customers who provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive them. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to our freight and delivery services, including quotes, dispatch coordination, scheduling, delivery updates, and customer support.

Types of Messages

The messages we send are related to Customer care, such as freight quote responses, dispatch coordination, pickup and delivery scheduling, shipment status updates, billing inquiries, and replies to your customer support questions. A sample message may read: “DS Carriers Inc: Your flatbed pickup is scheduled for 8:00 AM tomorrow. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained directly from you when you provide your mobile phone number through our contact form and affirmatively check the SMS consent box, or verbally to our dispatch team. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not purchase, rent, or use phone numbers obtained from any third-party lists for SMS messaging.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week based on your interactions with us and the status of your freight and delivery requests.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to you.

Help

If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” or you can contact us directly at [email protected] or (224) 333-1503. Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (for example, coordinating a delivery), to comply with the law, or to protect our rights.

Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You may also opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP,” and you may opt out of other communications by contacting us using the details below.
